Refund policy

1. ✅ Return Eligibility

  • You may request a return or replacement if:

    • The product arrived damaged, expired, or defective.

    • You received a different item or variant than ordered.

  • All return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

2. ❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used items (e.g. makhana, tofu once opened).

  • Products damaged by improper storage or handling after delivery.

  • Perishable goods consumed or opened.

  • Items without their original seal, label, packaging, or invoice intact.

  • Products purchased during flash sales or promotions (as applicable).

3. 🔄 Return Process

      Include your Order ID, a clear photo of the item, and a brief description of the issue.

  2. Once your request is approved, we’ll share return instructions and authorization.

  3. Pack securely in the original packaging with all seals, labels, and invoices included.

  4. Ship back within 7 days of approval using a trackable courier. Notify us with the courier receipt/waybill.

4. 🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • Free return shipping if due to our error (wrong, damaged, or expired product).

  • Customer bears shipping costs in other cases. Provide the courier receipt to claim reimbursement (if eligible).

5. 💰 Refunds & Replacements

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

    • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days, credited to your original payment method.

    • Replacements will be dispatched once the returned item arrives and is verified—subject to stock availability.

  • You’ll receive an email update when refund or replacement is initiated.

6. ❗ Late or Missing Refunds

  • Check your bank or card statement—refunds may take time to reflect (up to 7 days post-initiation).

  • Still missing the refund? Contact us with your Order ID and we’ll assist promptly.

7. 🚫 Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before dispatch.

  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible; kindly follow the return process post-delivery.

8. 🔧 Quality Concerns

  • If a product is damaged or defective, please report within 3 days of delivery with photos. We'll offer a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

  • Returning item is required for inspection before final resolution.
