Once your request is approved, we’ll share return instructions and authorization.

Pack securely in the original packaging with all seals, labels, and invoices included.

Ship back within 7 days of approval using a trackable courier. Notify us with the courier receipt/waybill.
4. 🚚 Return Shipping Costs

Free return shipping if due to our error (wrong, damaged, or expired product).

Customer bears shipping costs in other cases. Provide the courier receipt to claim reimbursement (if eligible).
5. 💰 Refunds & Replacements

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

Replacements will be dispatched once the returned item arrives and is verified—subject to stock availability.
