  • We currently ship across India, including major cities, towns, and PIN codes serviced by our logistics partners.

  • Some remote or non-serviceable areas may be excluded. In such cases, we’ll notify you and issue a full refund if applicable.

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 business hours after successful payment.

  • Orders placed after 5 PM or on Sundays/public holidays are processed on the next working day.

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 3–6 business days

  • Rural/Remote Areas: 5–8 business days

Note: Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, natural calamities, or unforeseen disruptions.

  • All products are carefully packed to ensure freshness, hygiene, and minimal damage during transit.

  • Perishable items like soya tofu are packed using insulated, moisture-controlled or cold-chain solutions (as required) to maintain freshness.

  • Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders over β‚Ή499.

  • A nominal fee of β‚Ή49–₹79 may apply to orders below β‚Ή499 or for certain pin codes.

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment.


6. πŸ” Delivery Issues

  • If your package arrives damaged, tampered, or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photo proof.

  • Delays due to incomplete address, wrong phone number, or unavailability of the recipient are not our responsibility.

  • Our courier partner will usually attempt delivery 2–3 times.

  • If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or wrong information, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping will be charged extra or canceled at our discretion.

  • Items such as tofu or other fresh vegan products are shipped with temperature-controlled packaging wherever needed.

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive perishable deliveries promptly to avoid spoilage.
