1. 📦 Products & Services

  • We offer plant-based, vegan-friendly food items including (but not limited to) almonds, soya tofu, makhana, seeds, and other nutritious snacks.

  • Product availability, prices, packaging, and offers are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Product images are for representation. Actual packaging or appearance may vary.

2. 🛒 Orders & Acceptance

  • Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received and verified.

  • VegyFit reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion, especially in cases of suspicious activity or stock unavailability.

  • Orders cannot be modified after they are processed for dispatch.

3. 💳 Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • We accept payments via UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and Wallets.

  • All transactions are securely processed through trusted third-party gateways.

4. 🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are delivered through our logistics partners. Timelines may vary depending on location, order volume, or holidays.

  • VegyFit is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Ensure the delivery address and contact information provided is accurate. Failed deliveries due to incorrect details are not our liability.

5. 🔁 Returns, Replacements & Refunds

  • You may request a return or replacement within 3 days of delivery for eligible cases such as damaged, expired, or wrong products.

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval and product inspection.

6. 📦 Subscription Orders

  • VegyFit offers subscription plans for regular delivery of selected vegan items (e.g. almonds, tofu, makhana).

  • You can choose your delivery frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) and pause, skip, or cancel anytime with prior notice.

  • Subscription payments are made in advance. Non-payment may result in cancellation of the upcoming delivery cycle.

  • Subscription prices and terms may change, but you will be informed in advance of any such changes.

7. 📦 Bulk & Wholesale Orders

  • Special rates and packaging are available for bulk or wholesale orders.

  • Bulk orders require advance payment and may have custom delivery schedules.

  • Cancellations or modifications for bulk orders must be made at least 48 hours before dispatch.

8. 🔐 User Responsibilities

  • You agree not to misuse the website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

  • Do not attempt to duplicate, scrape, or manipulate any content or functionality from the VegyFit website.

  • By registering or placing an order, you agree to receive transactional and promotional messages from VegyFit via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email.

  • VegyFit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of its website, products, or services.

  • In any case, our total liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

  • Disputes, if any, shall be subject to jurisdiction in the courts of pune, India.
